Returns policy. 

If you are un-happy with the audio quality or overall sound, please return to us at no extra cost

so we can fix any problems that you are concerned about.  

Full refunds are not given because of the concerns of copy and cancelation fraud.

We aim to provide a professional sound every time. 

Return times.

We aim to return your files within 48 hours. 

This dose not include lager projects that include 5 tracks or more. Please email us for more information.

Payment.

All major credit cards, debit cards and bank transfer are accepted.  Please pay a bank charge in case of bank transfer.

Customer payments.

All customers will need to make payment before any audio files are sent to us. Once we confirm the payment. All files must be sent from the link 'send audio files' at the bottom of the order menu.

Mastering.  ￥ 6,600 (tax included) per tune　

DDP Master. ￥ 11,000 (tax included) up to 10 tunes

Stem Mastering. ￥ 9,900 (tax included) up to 10 tunes
